Sparkling Tradition: Baraboo’s Christmas Light Parade and Christmas Market Illuminates A Community


As the air gets colder and the holiday season approaches, Baraboo gears up for one of its most beloved traditions – the Christmas Light Parade. It is also a time for a new tradition, which is the Christmas Community Market. Both are scheduled for Saturday, November 18th, with the market taking place between 2:00pm and 6:00pm, followed by the parade starting at 6:00 pm. These festive events promise to enchant spectators! The market features nearly 30 participating businesses, vendors, and community organizations. The parade is set with nearly 60 dazzling parade floats, and culminate in the magical lighting of the community Christmas Tree atop the historic Al. Ringling Theatre by none other than Santa Claus himself.
