DOWNTOWN BARABOO, INC. (DBI) is a non-profit, voluntary corporation comprised of small business and professional establishments located within the geographic boundaries of the central downtown Business Improvement District of Baraboo.  The membership also includes associate partners outside this district who share the common goals of DBI.  DBI is governed by a Board of Directors elected annually.  The President presides over meetings held every Friday morning.  A professional marketing coordinator is hired to lead committees assigned to specific projects and facilitate activities.
