Downtown merchants will host their Annual Downtown Christmas Open House on Saturday, November 19, 2011. Shoppers can begin their holiday gift-buying in the many specialty stores located throughout the historic downtown and enjoy a delicious meal at one of the fabulous cafes, taverns or restaurants. Many merchants will offer free refreshments and special promotions in their stores. Strolling carolers will add to the festive atmosphere. Downtown Baraboo's Open House weekend would not be complete without the family favorite, the Downtown Baraboo Christmas Light Parade. Sponsored by WRPQ AM & FM/TV43, the parade will take place at 6:00 pm on Saturday, November 19th. Spend the day in Downtown Baraboo and help the community welcome Santa back to our historic courthouse square!
