Downtown Baraboo, Inc. (DBI) was organized and is operated for purposes of promoting and improving the physical appearance, economic well being, and management and coordination of the downtown business area of the City of Baraboo, Wisconsin.

There are over 160 businesses within the downtown district and over 700 people are employed downtown!
