What's a Hooley? Leave it to the Irish to come up with the idea of a "Hooley", which is a town-wide party and celebration of community. Leave it to Downtown Baraboo to pick up on the idea and run with it. 2nd Annual Limerick Contest
at The Village Booksmith
1:00 pm

Contestants will recite their poems on stage before a panel of judges between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. Just show up, sign up and stand up! Winners will have the honor of reciting their poems on stage at the Hooley Party, to be held at the Baraboo Arts Banquet Hall from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Both "clean" limericks and "naughty" limericks will be welcome!
