This is the 10th in a series of limited
edition ornaments
celebrating our home town of Baraboo.
This year the Baraboo National Bank is
celebrating its 150th anniversary, a
milestone in Baraboo's history.
In the 1880's the bank helped the
Ringling Brothers Circus to get off the
ground and the favor was returned in the
late 1920's, when the Ringling Brothers
helped the bank to stay solvent when a
threatened "bank run" occurred in the
early days of the Great Depression.
The ornament
sells for $27.00 with the stand or
